All interests in packaging manufacturer Aptar Vladimir LLC have been placed under temporary management of AO H&N, the legal entity operating as Logika Moloka. Interfax reported the decision on 21 September 2026, citing a decree signed by President Vladimir Putin and published on the official legal-information portal. The measure concerns 100% of the company’s interests.

The recipient manages a dairy-production business in Russia. Interfax identifies Aptar as the group owning the packaging asset and describes the arrangement as temporary management. Its report does not present the decision as a negotiated purchase, disclose a purchase price or announce a timetable for an eventual change in ownership.

Packaging company and dairy group have separate financial figures

Aptar Vladimir recorded revenue of RUB1.75 billion and net profit of RUB537 million in 2025, according to SPARK figures cited by Interfax. The agency said both measures were broadly unchanged from 2024. These figures belong to the packaging company, rather than to the dairy producer receiving the management role.

Logika Moloka combines businesses formerly associated with Danone’s operations in the country. It operates 13 plants. Its 2025 revenue reached RUB161.1 billion, an increase of 13.6%. Keeping the two sets of figures separate is important: the announcement does not provide consolidated accounts combining the packaging asset with the dairy group.

Earlier operating results show the recipient’s production activity

In a 16 July report on the dairy producer, Interfax recorded first-half 2026 revenue of RUB84.5 billion, up 3.5% year on year. Dairy-product sales rose 2.7% to 510,000 tonnes. Those results cover the six months preceding the September decision; they are not results of managing Aptar Vladimir.

The July coverage also reported capital expenditure of RUB2.8 billion, 2.2 times the corresponding earlier level. Projects included additional capacity in Kazan and Samara, reconstruction in Shadrinsk, automation and logistics development. Logika Moloka had completed its acquisition of the Polaris plant and introduced more than 20 products during the half-year, according to the same report.

What the announcement establishes

  • The named packaging company is Aptar Vladimir LLC.
  • The decision covers all of its interests and names AO H&N as temporary manager.
  • The packaging company’s reported 2025 financial figures remain distinct from Logika Moloka’s group results.
  • The dairy group’s earlier investment and output figures provide historical context, not evidence of integration following the decree.

The reports do not identify new supply contracts between the two businesses, changes to packaging specifications or a production-integration schedule. Consequently, the development can be described as a management change involving a packaging asset, without treating an undisclosed operational plan as an established outcome.
