MGKL launched its Resale Market online platform on 25 February 2025, Interfax reported. The first stage serves legal entities, particularly small and medium-sized businesses in Russia. The group buys batches of new and previously used products, prepares them for resale and offers them through its sales channels.
Launch model and subsequent development

The company announcement reproduced by Retail.ru describes a website and mobile application alongside physical outlets in Moscow, Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod. It identifies Margarita Cheremukhina as head of Resale Market. The combination connects the digital service with an existing retail network, rather than describing an online-only business established from scratch.
Retail network before the platform launch
In a separate acquisition announcement in December 2024, MGKL reported adding 26 pawnshops and commission stores in Moscow and Moscow Region. Its combined Mosgorlombard and Resale Market network consequently reached 135 branches, a reported increase of 24%. The acquired locations were to offer both resale services and loans secured against jewellery, fur products and equipment.
That earlier announcement put the combined portfolio of secured loans and resale goods at 1.85 billion roubles, with 239,000 retail customers across the two businesses. These figures describe the established group before the online launch. They are not order volumes generated by the new platform.
