Niagara Bottling announced a $129.8 million beverage-manufacturing project in Elsmere, Kentucky, Manufacturing Dive reported on 24 September 2024. The planned 436,800-square-foot facility combines production and distribution. The company expected 60 jobs, with construction starting in early 2025 and hiring in 2026.

Site and staffing schedule

Kentucky’s 16 September announcement places the project at Core5’s C5 Airport East Logistics Center on a 52-acre site. Management was expected to be in place in the third quarter of 2025, followed by employee recruitment in early 2026. The state also reported $669,000 of county site-development funding for power-transmission lines.

The schedule separates construction, management appointment and wider hiring.

Performance-based support

The state described a preliminary ten-year Kentucky Business Investment agreement allowing up to $1.1 million in tax incentives.

  • Announced private investment: $129.8 million.
  • Potential KBI tax incentives: up to $1.1 million.
  • Potential KEIA tax incentives: up to $200,000.

Transport access and the developer’s building information

A Core5 brochure dated March 2023 describes the logistics centre’s second building as 2.5 miles from Interstate 75/71, with access to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport, DHL’s cargo hub and Amazon Air. It advertises a 583,858-square-foot building with 40-foot clear height and 61 dock doors.

Those are the developer’s building particulars, not specifications supplied for Niagara’s production lines. The brochure’s 583,858-square-foot offer differs from Niagara’s announced 436,800-square-foot project; neither source establishes that the beverage facility will occupy the entire advertised building.
