Products, materials and earlier equipment
The Industry Ministry’s basic-industries development centre account describes replaceable inserts for direct contact with workpieces on CNC machines and cylindrical blanks with or without internal coolant channels. The new range includes inserts for parting operations and rods with helical channels.
The same dated account reports an earlier Virial line launched in 2019 with a RUB235 million Fund loan. It made rods without coolant channels and simpler, lower-precision inserts. The 2025 programme therefore adds different tool geometries to an existing production business.
These are the stated inputs and development participants for the production project.
